Run your whole agency from one place.

Leads, agreements, onboarding, every client's monthly deliverables, your team's tasks and your SOPs. Agency HQ keeps it all together and chases late work for you, every morning, by email and text.

Sound familiar?

Agencies don't lose clients over big mistakes. They lose them over small, late ones.

Work lives in chats and sheets

Who promised what, to which client, by when? It is somewhere in WhatsApp.

Late work is noticed by the client first

Nobody sees a missed post or an unsent report until the client asks about it.

Everyone asks the founders

Every new hire asks the same questions, and every director ends up doing operations.

How it works

From first contact to renewal, one connected flow

Each step hands off to the next on its own. Nobody has to remember to move a client along.

  1. Lead

Prospects in a pipeline with an owner, a value and a next step with a date.

Form enquiries arrive with a 24-hour call task
  2. Agreement

Send it from the lead. The client reads it, signs online and pays by card.

Lead moves to Won by itself
  3. Onboarding

A checklist from your onboarding SOP, with follow-up tasks for the lead.

    Starts the moment they approve
  4. Monthly delivery

Each package becomes boxes with due dates. Every client has one owner.

Resets on the 1st, alerts when late
  5. Growth

Health checks, upsell lists, case studies and referral asks on a fixed rhythm.

    Recurring tasks keep it going
Features

Everything an agency runs on, in one HQ

Pipeline and lead form

A sales pipeline that never forgets a follow-up

Every prospect has an owner, a monthly value and a next step with a date. Follow-ups due land in the owner's morning email. A lead nobody touched for a week gets a task by itself.

  • Share your lead form on your site and social bios. Enquiries become leads instantly.
  • Close rate, meetings and value per stage at a glance
  • Create the agreement straight from the lead

Agreements and onboarding

Signed, paid and onboarding before you hang up

Build the agreement from your packages, send one link, and the client approves online and pays by card. Approval starts onboarding with a checklist and dated follow-up tasks.

  • Members only see the agreements they sent; owners see all
  • Opened but not signed in 3 days? The sender gets a follow-up task
  • Onboarding ends by putting the client on an owner's monthly board

Monthly deliverables

Every package as boxes with due dates

On the 1st, each client's package turns into a board of boxes spread through the month. Blue is done, red is late. The owner of each client is responsible for every box.

  • Pace line shows where you should be today
  • Late boxes go into the owner's morning alert
  • On-time rate feeds the COO's goal automatically

SOPs and Ask HQ

Your SOPs, answering questions for you

Upload your SOPs as PDF or Word. Anyone can ask how something is done and get the exact steps, with a link to the section. It runs inside HQ, so it is private and there is no cost per question.

  • Understands agency shorthand like GMB, IG and ad account
  • Questions it cannot answer become tasks for the SOP owner
  • Every edit keeps the previous version
What do we do if we can't see the client's ad account?
Client onboarding · Meta access · Troubleshooting
  • Check the ad account asset was assigned, not only the Page.
  • Remove and reassign partner access, then wait a few minutes.
  • Still missing? Create a follow-up task.

Leadership lanes

Stop having three directors do operations

Give your CEO, COO and CTO one lane each: goals with real numbers, a weekly rhythm, and a 90-day playbook of dated tasks focused on growth and automation. Many of the numbers update themselves from HQ.

  • Monday scorecard email with every goal and overdue work by person
  • Playbook tasks come with the steps and what "done" looks like
  • Decision rights written down, so nobody waits on anybody

Questions

Before you sign up

Is this a CRM or a project tool?

Both, built for how agencies actually work. The pipeline and agreements cover sales; onboarding, the deliverables board and tasks cover delivery. They are connected, so a won lead turns into a client on someone's board without anyone copying it over.

Does the SOP assistant send our documents to an AI company?

No. The assistant runs inside Agency HQ. Your SOPs and questions stay in your HQ, and there is no per-question cost.

How do team members join?

An admin adds them by name and sends a join code. When they use it, they have to set their real work email, mobile number and a password before they get in. Then a short welcome tour shows them what to do.

Who can see what?

Each agency has one super admin. Admins see everything. Members see their own clients, tasks and the agreements they sent, and admins can switch on more access per person.

Do the alerts really text people?

Yes, once you connect an SMS provider in settings. Until then every alert is still recorded in the outbox so you can see exactly what HQ would send.

Can we bring our existing clients and SOPs?

Yes. Add clients with their packages, and upload SOPs as PDF, Word, Markdown or text. Each file becomes an editable SOP.

Give every client an owner, every task a date, and every director a lane.
